CANCELLATION
We require at least 7 days notice prior to the arrival to receive a refund, less a $5 processing charge.If you cancel within 7 days, there will be no refund.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
(1) nights room rate plus tax will be charged to your credit card as a
deposit to confirm reservations. The payment
is refundable if you cancel within seven ( 7 ) days prior to arrival, less a $5
processing fee. You will receive an email confirmation as
well as a printed confirmation via US Mail (time permitting.) The payment
is refundable if you cancel within seven ( 7 ) days prior to arrival.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Guests checking out will be required to check out by 10am. Guests that are checking in can do so anytime after 4pm.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Guests registering for rooms under the age of 25 years will be required to
pay a cash damage deposit at check in. Double Rooms - $200 and Suites $300
(per room).
PARKING
One (1) parking permit issued per room. Additional parking is available
across the street from a 3rd party for an additional charge.
